Set on a rugged two-hectare plot with sweeping views across the island, this contemporary finca named Project 1323 designed by Jochen Lendle reinterprets traditional Mallorcan architecture while meeting the island’s famously strict building regulations. At its core is a dramatic three-story patio that anchors the home and blurs the lines between indoors and out—complete with a massive steel hammock net suspended under the open sky.

From its upside-down living concept to the earthy terrazzo floors, reclaimed oak finishes, and sound-absorbing moss-lined guest bathroom, this home is full of unforgettable moments. The elevated kitchen, BORA Professional system, rooftop terrace, sculptural steel staircase, and coffered concrete ceilings are just a few examples of the home’s brilliant architectural detailing.

You’ll discover:

– A dramatic three-story patio with a floating steel hammock
– Upside-down living designed for sweeping island views
– A guest bath with real moss walls that absorb sound
– Local stone and shutters reimagined in bold, modern form
