🌟 About the Artist
Arthur Decaris is a French violinist celebrated for his expressive finesse and commitment to both solo and chamber repertoire. A prizewinner at the Rampal-Vatelot and Arthur Grumiaux competitions, he has performed at major festivals such as Les Folles Journées and La Roque d’Anthéron, and made his orchestral debut under Jean-Jacques Kantorow with Chausson’s Poème. A founding member of the Astreos Quintet and Nebelmeer Trio, Arthur is currently in residence at the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel and studies with Julia Fischer in Munich. He performs on a fine Pressenda violin, supported by the TALENTS & VIOLON’CELLES foundation, and was nominated for the Classeek Ambassador Programme by violinist Renaud Capuçon.
