I came here to explore one of the world's most iconic monuments, but what I found on the nearby streets was just as impressive. From Lok Lak to grilled dishes and exotic jungle fruits, this is Cambodia you can taste.

🍽️ Here are the dishes I tried around Angkor Wat:
– Beef Lok Lak (លុកឡាក់) – stir-fried beef with eggs and rice
– Sugarcane juice (ទឹកអំពៅ) – sweet and refreshing, freshly squeezed
– Squid crackers + Sting juice – crispy and refreshing
– Fried noodles (មីឆា) – stir-fried with vegetables Khmer style
– Fresh papaya (ប៉េងប៉ោះ) – sweet fruit from a street vendor
– Grilled rice cakes (នំប៉ាំងចាក) – soft and fragrant with palm sugar filling
– Iced milk coffee (កាហ្វេទឹកដោះ) – rich and sweet in true Cambodian taste

– Lychee (លិចជី), longan (មៀន) & Burmese grapes (ត្រសក់បារាំង) – unique tropical fruits
