Ball Swap Challenge
What you need
30 balls (15 each different color)
2 baskets
a volunteer
timer

Challenge: Switch the different color balls at the same time 

Rules:
1) Only one ball in each hand, but must move hands at the same time, if you stop or mess up you’re done! So if you grab two of the same color you are done and have to restart.

Why is it so difficult? 

 It's all because of your brain hemispheres! Each side of your body is controlled by the opposite hemisphere of the brain: your left hand by the right hemisphere and your right hand by the left hemisphere. Tasks that involve cross-body coordination require the two hemispheres to communicate. When you add conflicting or alternating tasks for each hand (like switching colors), the communication demands between the hemispheres increase significantly, making the task more challenging.
