Today, I introduced a Japanese traditional fish menu, Nitsuke. We can use this sauce recipe for many kinds of fish, especially white fish. The rich flavor of Nitsuke goes perfect with rice and sake. The most important thing is to prepare the fish carefully. I hope you'll enjoy Nitsuke!

Recipe
~Sauce~
Sake       100 grams
Water      100 grams
Mirin       40 grams
Soy sauce      30 grams
Tamari shoyu     10 grams
Sugar        12 grams
※If you don't have Tamari shoyu, please add more soy sauce.
This recipe is for 2 servings.
1 large fish, 2 small fishes or 4 fillets.

Vegetables
burdock     about 10~15cm
Japanese leek     1
Ginger       3 slices
