Sake 100 grams
Water 100 grams
Mirin 40 grams
Soy sauce 30 grams
Tamari shoyu 10 grams
Sugar 12 grams
※If you don't have Tamari shoyu, please add more soy sauce.
This recipe is for 2 servings.
1 large fish, 2 small fishes or 4 fillets.
