INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION FINAL PROJECT | GROUP 5 (Wednesday - Shift 1)

In today's era of globalization and interconnectedness, cross-cultural interactions are inevitable. While these experiences can enrich our lives, the cultural differences involved can also lead to misunderstandings, tensions, and even conflicts.

Through two scenarios inspired by real-life events, we will examine how intercultural conflicts arise in two main settings: in the workplace and at home, while offering possible solutions to resolve the conflicts in a way that nurtures empathy, adaptability, and mutual respect.

By the end of this video, we hope to provide not just awareness, but also tools to help bridge cultural gaps and promote more meaningful and respectful interactions across cultures.
