⏰ Shelf life and storage conditions
✅ In the fridge → up to 5-7 days, in an airtight container
✅ In the freezer → up to 1 month, wrapped in wax paper and placed in a bag/container
✅ At room temperature (in an airtight container) → up to 2-3 days, but it is better to store in the fridge to retain crispness

👉 Before serving after taking from the freezer - you can quickly heat in the oven or a dry pan to restore crispness.

Recipe and ingredients:
Walnuts - 1 cup (about 100-110 g).
Chop finely with a knife.
A pinch of salt.
Dried garlic.
Black pepper.
Grated hard cheese (cheddar, parmesan or a combination) - 1 cup (100 g).
2 eggs.
Separate the yolks.
Mix well.
Drizzle with a little vegetable oil.
Shape into biscuits.
Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 12-15 minutes, until the biscuits are golden.
You can turn halfway through.
And finish crisp at 230°F (110°C) for 5-15 minutes.
