TARO FRITTERS | cooking diary ep. 31

Today I found a long and big size Taro at the market. what first came to my mind is Taro Fritters. it's very simple to make, yet so delicious. so here's the recipe :
300 gr shredded taro
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp corn starch (or any starch you have)
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
pepper
