I hadn't made it for years and neither had my Mom Mirella, it had almost been forgotten, today instead I'll show you my FAMILY RECIPE, my Mom's recipe!
It's uniquely delicious, with the addition of ONIONS, OLIVES, and lots of SPICES that make this dish CREAMY... thanks to the onion that combined with the beer and flour create a seasoning that is impossible not to SCORPETTA with some good homemade bread!

33 cl Lager beer
