What Do I Actually Shoot on a Hike? (Not Every Photo’s Good)
#cinematic #lighting #cinematiclighting #movies
So I took my Fujifilm X100VI (with the 50mm adapter) up Kinder Scout a 17km walk through moorland, climbs, and valleys, to show you exactly what I shoot, the photos I take (even the naff ones), and how I think about my photography during the hike.
This is less about epic portfolio shots and more about showing you the honest reality of taking photos while walking: what works, what doesn’t, and why I sometimes come home with nothing worth sharing.
Shot on: Fujifilm X100VI with 50mm adapter
Film recipe: My usual daily atmospheric setup
Route: Kinder Low, Kinder Downfall & Grindslow Clough loop from Edale
