Jealous dogs reaction when I give attention only one of them

Today I decided to wake up my dogs with cuddles and I wanted to check which is more jealous. I think they both are, but Charlie is more subtle. Lilly barking and biting Charlie when she wants attention. It's only one solution, two beagles required two hands :)
