Ingredients :
1 cup sugar for caramel
Leche Flan:
1 whole egg
9 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
For the Chiffon Cake:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup water
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
For the Meringue :
9 eggwhites
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 cup sugar
Preheat oven at 170 degrees Celsius and bake for about 1 hour to 1H and 5mins
