美國商務部在調查1年之後確認，柬埔寨，越南，泰國和馬來西亞的太陽能產品的傾銷幅度，分別達到125.7%，271.28%，111.45%和8.59%，因為不配合調查，柬埔寨的太陽能關稅被提高到3521%。泰國4月22日宣布，將調整和美國進行貿易談判的時間，但未說明原因。
