The Precolumbian Civilizations of America

In schools we all learned that Christopher Columbus discovered America. Of course, that is completely wrong: the Americas were already inhabited for many thousands of years. The Maya, the Aztecs, the Inca and the Mississippians formed the richest and most complex societies in Precolumbian America. And, although distinct, they all shared similar traditions, including religious rituals, spirituality and education.
