
Enoki Mushroom with Gochujang Sauce| @JiaChoiChef

Ingredients
2 package enoki mushrooms or 300g or 10oz enoki mushrooms
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1.5 tablespoon gochujang
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Cut off the roots of the mushrooms, then split them into a few pieces.
2. Chop the garlic. Thinly slice the scallion.
3. Combine soy sauce, minced garlic, oyster sauce, gochujang, ground black pepper, sesame oil, and water in a bowl and mix well.
4. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add vegetable oil to the pan and place the mushroom bundles in the pan. Cook until they turn slightly brown. Then add the sauce to the mushrooms and sprinkle the scallion and toasted sesame seeds on top.
