This channel is dedicated to all the gold seeking Pickleballers out there who dink responsibly and stay out of the kitchen. We have all levels come through the channel, but we concentrate on the 4.0s, 4.5s and up to 5.5s.
I started this channel quite by accident, I was recording my games to do film study and get better. I did not have time or money for lessons from pro pickleball coach, so I started watching all my screwups. People that I was playing with started to ask if they could watch too and I said sure. That helped all of us a lot to improve our game, strategy, mental toughness, and techniques. Now we have new pickleball videos published several times a week. We occasionally have pro pickleball players on the channel. Mostly its non pro pickleball players on their quest to 5.0 pickleball. We have all levels come through the channel: 4.0 pickleball, 4.5 pickleball and up to 5.5 pickleball with the pros.

This was at the battle at Rockledge, and this is Josh Elliott. Josh Elliott, his dad owns Engage Pickleball. He's very active in the company, extremely nice guy. He really hurt my ego with this shot. Honestly it was sick. What he does? He was on forehand middle side, and instead of taking a backhand, when he was going out wide, he brought his paddle like this, and came across the ball by doing this. It was genius there are two reasons. Number one: he's hitting it with right to left spin, so I think my partner is going to hit it. It's going down the middle, so I let my partner hit it, because he has forehand.
But then since he put right to left spin on it, IT spun the opposite way. So this is a shot you can hit. It's not that tough to hit. If you're in forehand middle instead of taking a backhand dink step out, and then come right to left on the ball. I practice the shot, and get ready. I'm using this in the PPA tournament, and these shots of destruction are not that tough to hit, easy to practice. It's going to be a good series. After Josh Elliot hit the shot on me, I had to break up with my girlfriend. I had no mojo; this is amazing, joking aside. Look at this is real time. He did exactly what I said instead of taking that backhand dink. He takes almost a forehand flick would you call it, goes right to left on the ball. I think Sam is going to get it. I don't know, I have no idea what he just did. It's almost like I was a deer in headlights. That's what you do to people when you hit unorthodox shots. That's what you do.
