Improve your game!
This channel is dedicated to all the gold seeking Pickleballers out there who dink responsibly and stay out of the kitchen. We have all levels come through the channel, but we concentrate on the 4.0s, 4.5s and up to 5.5s.
I started this channel quite by accident, I was recording my games to do film study and get better. I did not have time or money for lessons from pro pickleball coach, so I started watching all my screwups. People that I was playing with started to ask if they could watch too and I said sure. That helped all of us a lot to improve our game, strategy, mental toughness, and techniques. Now we have new pickleball videos published several times a week. We occasionally have pro pickleball players on the channel. Mostly its non pro pickleball players on their quest to 5.0 pickleball. We have all levels come through the channel: 4.0 pickleball, 4.5 pickleball and up to 5.5 pickleball with the pros.

You're playing really well, and suddenly they pop it up. You get a forehand roll opportunity and you miss it! Either you hit a cross court, you hit it in the net, or you pop it up. What did you do wrong? There are several things. I have an awesome segment for you. Ladies and gentlemen, please subscribe! I really do enjoy doing this, so please subscribe! This is Mark Napartovich he's in the neon shirt. What did he do wrong here with the forehand roll? He did two things wrong, I would say. Number one: he did not use his offhand – his left hand to almost elbow someone. It gives you a lot more balance. For a right-handed player use that left hand. Since he did not use that left hand his left foot came. Why do tennis players have the best forehand rolls? This this is a ATP tennis player, very good instructor. Look that left hand is off hand. If you're right-handed it's a left hand has to stay balanced. Then here goes on to explain you don't want to be bent over too far into the kitchen. You almost want to be more upright almost like you're bending back. This will give you balance. To summarize use that offhand almost like your elbow in someone, or Sarah Asbury (one of the best coaches in the nation) says to keep it on a shelf keep it high it is one of the three pillars of your balance. This is Colin Johns. Collin johns says to disguise your forehand roll as a dink you can do this by putting your paddle far out in the kitchen. That way you don't have a wind up and you disguise it a lot better. There are a couple common mistakes people make. You can see Dennis is doing this. What he's doing is his wrist isn't coming over naturally. He's trying to roll it before his full motion. Another common mistake: this is Linda. She's a great player, but she's not using that offhand. I'm filming her, but I'm telling her to use that offhand as balance. That's what I mean: look how far out she can get in the kitchen and stay balanced. This is so good! Dennis and Linda did such a good lesson. Thank you so much! Here is Joey Farrias. He's teaching a young kid. Everyone knows who he is. He says to attack your opponent's right hip or right shoulder for a right-handed player. Colin john says you know attack at opponent's forehand. It's the same thing. It took me five minutes to realize this. I'm not the smartest person.

Guys and ladies, stay balanced! Stay balanced today. If someone is mean to you, it's not a big deal. Stay balanced by using that offhand and that way you won't pick up that left foot, and you won't miss shots like Mark Napartovich did in the APP tournament this weekend. He actually played really good, and we have tons of games. Guys and ladies, please subscribe! Have a great day! Leave comments as well
