Will the Second Amendment survive in Washington state?

House Democrats passed House Bill 1163 this morning. The bill would mandate permits, impose burdensome training requirements, extend transfer delays, require intrusive reporting, and increase record-keeping, placing undue burdens on law-abiding citizens.
