INGREDIENTS (for 3 servings)

For marinade:
450-500gr. beef filet (or beef shank as your liking)
2Tsp chicken powder
1Tsp soy saucr
1Tsp oyster sauce
1Tsp pepper

For fish sauce dip:
1 cup (250ml) hot water + 2Tbs roasted shallots (discard shallots and use only the water)
1-5Tbs sugar
4Tbs fish sauce
1-2Tbs vinegar

For pickles (northern Vietnam style)
1 cabbage turnip
1 large carrot
Thinly sliced 👉 soak in 1Tsp salt for 10 minutes 👉 squeeze out and discard excess salt water
1Tsp sugar
1Tbs vinegar
1/2Tsp minced garlic
