Chinese are upset! CCP Waives some Africa loans & could NOT climb out of the debt hole dug by itself

Against the backdrop of the increasingly depressed economy in mainland China, the Chinese Communist Party, or the CCP's African strategy, and painstaking efforts may be completely in vain and face the outcome of losing both human and financial resources.
Last month, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi announced in a video conference at the 8th Ministerial Conference of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation that a total of 23 interest-free loans by 17 African countries to China would be forgiven.
The world economic situation continues to look bleak, and there are almost no signs of economic recovery in China at all. The CCP should be prepared for a debt crisis of its own making.
