Elon Musk, in a tweet dated May 24th, set the space community abuzz by confirming that the fourth flight of Starship, is scheduled for early June—just a little over a week away. This announcement came as an exciting surprise, stirring the hearts of space enthusiasts worldwide. The primary goal for this flight is ambitious: to have all systems of the Starship full stack operational after the intense heat of reentry. Musk's vision doesn't stop at mere functionality post-reentry. In a presentation at the beginning of April, he hinted at plans for a virtual booster tower catch during the soft splashdown of Flight Test 4. This suggests a significant leap forward from the previous flight, where both stages were lost. The community is now poised to potentially witness the booster landing in the Gulf of Mexico, with the ship executing a controlled reentry.
