Finding your blind spot can be a challenge for many students.
Here we put forward a simple way to understand WHAT your blind spot is, and why it is vital to the cranial nerve examination.
There follows a brief tool, which will allow you to find your OWN blindspot, and determine its size. This will hopefully help you in examining a patient's cranial nerves and finding out the size of their scotoma through the examination of the blindspot
