This STANDING ABS workout will ignite your core!! This workout is a combination of bodyweight exercises and standing abs with weights so that you can really feel the burn in those abs. No laying down or floor ab exercises in this home workout. We are doing this one standing up the entire time. The key to targeting the abs is to keep your abs engaged and contracted the entire time.
