Great Western Trail Night Ride - Pt. 1 - "Into the Dusk"

What do you think about every time you gas up the bike? No lie, this video series isn't my best work. It's more of a chronicle of the adventures I had while my brother Jae was visiting from Texas. The purpose of this ride and series was to get the gear ready for our major trip to tackle the Utah Back-Country Discovery Route in the limited time we both had. We tested the bikes, the cameras, and bits of our luggage systems. We figured out how to "air down our tires" the hard way (video 2). During the ride the footage is poor, but I discuss several things like the pros and cons of the KLR 650, the DR650, certain farkles, and more. Is it possible to handle the UTBDR on a KLR budget of less than $2500? This series takes place on July 7th, 2012 on my 30th birthday. Though the camera didn't pick up the best footage, the ride was an absolute blast and left my brother and I hungry for more. --
