Sewing The Cutest 18th Century Jacket (OMG This took Me Forever)

Hello Friends! Today we are making the CUTEST 18th century jacket to go with the CUTEST hat that my friend Lynn made! It somehow took me 10 months to make this jacket, even though it is not that complicated of a jacket to make! I just kept having other things get in the way.
