Rep. Michelle Caldier speaks on Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Rep. Michelle Caldier, R-Gig Harbor, talks about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s work to secure civil rights and equality for all, including people with disabilities. Caldier noted she learned of a world of discrimination and injustice when she became blind. She encouraged the Legislature to advocate for all in Washington who have disabilities. The speech was given in support of House Resolution 4602, honoring the work of Dr. King.
