RUNNING A MARATHON IN FLIP FLOPS? | 2020 Virtual Chicago Marathon
In the saga of funny marathon videos, Daniel runs the third of four virtual marathons, the Chicago Marathon, in less than 45 days.
We drove from the #Airstream Factory in Jackson Center, Ohio to South Haven, Michigan because they had a half marathon race held by Race Cheap Michigan. All Daniel needed to do was casually run the first half and then repeat the course as he did a few weeks ago in the Smoky Mountains.
But, when another Boston finisher showed up at the race with his finisher jacket on, Daniel’s competitive spirit gets the best of him. He wins second place in the first half marathon of the day with a time of one hour and 37 minutes.
But, he still had another half to go.
As we obviously didn’t learn anything from our Donut Trail Marathon, we decided it made perfect sense to walk/run to wineries and breweries to make the second half more interesting. And of course, a funny adventure ensued.
We hope you enjoy yet another funny marathon video!
