7-Course Kaisen Dinner menu:
- Unagi Taco: noritempura, aburi unagi, avocado, tomato, kyuri, chili aioli
- Blooming Tofu: seafood consomme, silken tofu, goji berry
- Salmon Tataki: torched cured salmon, tozasu, jicama and plum salsa, mixed greens
- Yuzu Kakigori: shaved yuzu yakult, rosemary
- Dried Scallop Kamameshi: Japanese rice, 63° kampong egg, sakura ebi, truffle oil, chives
- Dashi Butter Lobster: rock lobster, horenzo, roasted garlic sabayon
- Miso Ice Cream: miso butterscotch, kinako, cookie brittle, mochi toast brulee, mixed berries
