Check

This is anemotional poem about how we need to check on our friends.
Men do find it hard to reach out if they have worries or any mental health concerns. We need to get rid of the 'Man Up' stigma that men face.
The suicide figures for middle aged men, my age group, are horific.
If we Check on our friends more we may help to save a man from taking that final final step as they feel there is no other choice.
A simple text askng 'How are you feeling today?' may just get a response of 'I am struggling right now Dude....'
Let us all Check on our friends and get rid of the Man Up...so we can prevent another Man Down....x
