鼓精靈從文昌祠發出振奮人心的鼓聲,從文昌祠一路走進文昌街,一同 與稻草人們鼓舞歡慶,讓整個街區變成一場充滿鼓聲的嘉年華,感受奇 妙的鼓聲體驗。
在嘉年華後與鼓精靈和稻草人們走進戲台,透過鼓聲凝聚大家的夢想。 在鼓聲的陪伴下,大家一同發送心中的願望給戲神,透過鼓聲的力量, 把各自的願望轉化成一封封祈願的email,寄送到天際。

宜蘭傳藝中心有三街、三館及三建築，以活潑的表現方式與豐沛的創意活力，讓民眾體驗臺灣常民文化美學，重溫歷史記憶外，還有新打造的「飛龍在天」等街景佈置，很令人驚豔。

The Strawmen's Afternoon Party —The drum elf plays inspiring drum music and march through the park, starting from Wenchang Temple and heading to Wenchang Boulevard. The drum elf plays drums and dance to celebrate with strawmen and make the whole park a joyful carnival full of drum beats, providing the audience fantasy experience.
After the carnival, the drum elf and strawmen march to the stage in the temple yard, and they cohere people's dreams via drum beats. Accompanied by powerful drum music, the audience pray to the God of drama. People convert their wishes to praying e-mails and send them to the horizon with the strong power of the drum beats.
