20 grams castor sugar 20 克 细砂糖
100 ml water, room temperature 100毫升水，室温
100 ml coconut milk, room temperature 100 毫升 椰奶，室温
1 pandan leaf 1 片班兰叶
pinch of salt 少许盐

Transparent layer 透明层：
2 grams instant jelly powder 2克速溶果冻粉
300 ml water, room temperature 300毫升水，室温
50 grams castor sugar 50 克 细砂糖

Garnish 装饰:
Edible flowers 食用花卉
