We're excited to have you join us on this journey to master a simple classical ballet barre and center routine within a month, regardless of your age or experience.

Pas de bourrée is a fundamental movement in ballet that involves three steps: a quick, alternating series of three steps that are usually performed in a sequence of either two or four. It is a fancy
French term that translates to ""bourrée step,"" which may sound a little intimidating at first, but don't worry - it's not as complicated as it sounds! 😉

Now, let's break it down into a few easy-to-follow steps, so you can master this movement:

Phase 1️⃣
Start by brushing one foot to the side, bend the supporting leg, and then bring the first foot to meet the second one at the back.

Phase 2️⃣
Take a small step on the demi-pointe to the side with the foot that was just in front.

Phase 3️⃣
Finish - Bring the first foot to the front to the starting position to complete the pas de bourrée.

And there you have it! Three easy steps to a perfect pas de bourrée.
