Xavier was a two-month-old white kitten with a dirty, weak appearance. He wandered the streets, facing many challenges due to his physical disability, with his hind legs unable to move. No one knew what had happened to him!

One day, in a state of hunger and weakness, Xavier was fortunate enough to be discovered by a kind-hearted woman. She brought some food, and Xavier quickly approached, devouring what she offered. The woman promptly called an animal rescue team to help Xavier. The rescue team swiftly took Xavier to a safe place where he could receive care and treatment. Even at the rescue center, Xavier remained very weak. His large, round eyes seemed to carry a sense of sadness and fear.

At the center, the veterinarian examined Xavier and found that he hadn't lost the ability to move his paws, but it was unclear what exactly was wrong with his legs. More tests were needed to determine the cause. However, the immediate concern was Xavier's swollen belly. The doctors suspected he had giardia, a serious disease in puppies and young kittens, which can cause severe dehydration, lethargy, and loss of appetite. Due to his weakened state, Xavier was fed through a syringe.
