Prehistoric Cheese Making

Making cheeses using what would be possible utensils and products for cheese production in prehistory.
From goat's milk, to the use of Cynara cardunculus to curdle milk and perforated ceramics that are found all over Europe in archaeological sites ranging from the Neolithic to the Bronze Age. In this short video we show one of these possibilities in the production of a very important food product for these communities.
