Rep. Jenny Graham: We need checks and balances when releasing criminals

During House floor debate, Rep. Jenny Graham stood in opposition to Senate Bill 5690 (relating to conditional release transition teams) because crime victims aren't considered in this legislation. Graham believes criminals are being released that much easier into communities without the checks and balances that are needed. This sends the wrong message.
