Advocates call for legalizing home-grown cannabis

On the third anniversary of Gov. Phil Murphy’s signing of the bill that legalized recreational cannabis in New Jersey, cannabis advocates marched in Trenton on Thursday, called for legalization of home-grown cannabis in the state. Most states that legalized recreational cannabis also legalized growing your own plants. New Jersey has not.
