Rep. Eric Robertson speaks in support on an amendment to House Bill 2099

During House floor debate, Rep. Eric Robertson, R-Sumner, spoke in support of an amendment that would make his local communities safer. House Bill 2099 aims to provide a state-issued ID card for every consenting incarcerated individual prior to release. Robertson supported the amendment -- that ultimately failed -- that would add a designation on the ID card for sexually violent predators.
