Rep. Spencer Hutchins urges a NO vote on rent control bill

Rep. Spencer Hutchins, R-Gig Harbor, urges a NO vote House Bill 2114, a rent control bill that would regulate how much landlords can raise a tenant's rent. Hutchins pointed out similar laws in other states hurt landlords and tenants and shrunk the availability of housing.
