Rep. Spencer Hutchins provides a legislative update

Rep. Spencer Hutchins, R-Gig Harbor, shares a legislative update on the six initiatives to the Legislature. The initiatives cover everything from repealing taxes to parental rights, and were signed by hundreds of thousands of Washingtonians. Despite that, the majority party has refused to hear any of the six initiatives, which means it will be up to the people to decide in November.
