
Port Authority unveils $10B redesign for NYC bus terminal
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Thursday announced it has received federal approval of a draft environmental impact plan for the transformation of the world’s busiest bus facility. The $10 billion plan calls for tearing down the 73-year-old Port Authority Bus Terminal and replacing it with a facility that can keep up with projected commuter growth over the next decades.
