figure sth/sb out: to finally understand something or someone, or find the solution to a problem after a lot of thought 弄懂，弄明白；想出

overwhelm: v. to cause someone to feel sudden strong emotion（強烈的感情）充溢，使難以承受，使不知所措

sort: v. to put a number of things in an order or to separate them into groups 把…分類；整理；揀選

have their life sorted: It means that they have their life well-organized and under control. It shows that they have been able to sort out different parts of their life, like work, relationships, and personal goals...etc. 生活井井有條，一切盡在掌控之中。表明已能理清生活的不同部分，比如工作、人際關係和個人目標……等等。

paralyze: v. to cause a person, animal, or part of the body to lose the ability to move or feel 使麻痺，使癱瘓

comparison: n. the act of comparing two or more people or things 比較，對照，對比

cloud: v. to make someone confused, or make something more difficult to understand

judgment: n. the ability to form valuable opinions and make good decisions 判斷力;識別力

make a difference: to do something that is important；to do something that helps people or makes the world a better place 做一些重要的事情；做一些幫助人們或讓世界變得更美好的事情

aspect: n. one part of a situation, problem, subject, etc. 方面；層面

align yourself with sth/sb：If you align yourself with an organization or person, you agree with and support their aims. 與…保持一致

scholarship: n. an amount of money given by a school, college, university, or other organization to pay for the studies of a person with great ability but little money 獎學金

grant: n. an amount of money given especially by the government to a person or organization for a special purpose（尤指政府為特殊目的給予個人或組織的）撥款，補助金

uncertainty: n. a situation in which something is not known, or something that is not known or certain 不確定性；不確定因素

anchor: n. someone or something that gives support when needed 可以依靠的人（或物）;精神支柱;靠山

lean on sb/sth: to use someone or something to help you, especially in a difficult situation 依靠，憑藉

hold sb/sth back: to prevent someone or something from changing, moving, or developing 阻止某人或某物改變、移動或發展

that's the spirit: used to approve or encourage someone's positive attitude (= way of thinking) or action 就是這種精神

in (one's) corner: giving one's full support to someone. 全力支持某人。

mutual: adj. (of two or more people or groups) feeling the same emotion, or doing the same thing to or for each other 相互的，彼此的；共同的，共有的

the feeling is mutual: when you have the same feeling about someone as they have towards you 你對某人的感覺和他對你的感覺一樣的時候
