what is a female tanpura and a male tanpura?| how to use male/female tanpura while practicing flute

Many beginner as well as intermediate students have this question in mind, when they see the word "Female" Tanpura or "Ladies" Tanpura. Sometimes it is written as "Tanpura for Female." Actually, it has nothing to do with gender, but with the tone of the Tanpura. In the video, I have tried my best to keep it simple and explain the difference by playing both types of tanpura along with flute. Enjoy learning!
