Brand new tiny cabin! There’s a queen bed and two twin beds in an upstairs loft, a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor shower with HUGE rainwater shower head, and a soaker tub with TV! Perfect for a weekend getaway. 3.8 miles to GCSU and downtown Milledgeville. 11 miles from the Lake Sinclair Marina slip. Come experience Milledgeville in a relaxing setting.

The space
This self-checkin cabin has one bedroom and a loft. There is a Serta queen bed in the bedroom and two twin beds upstairs in the loft. This 450 square foot cabin is perfect for up to 4 guests. There is a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. You also have a Keurig coffee pot, pots and pans fill the kitchen. We also have a charcoal grill outside. Smart TV with Netflix and cable in living room. Smart TV in bathroom.

Have you ever tried an outdoor shower? It’s AMAZING!! We have a huge rainwater shower head. At the end of your day, enjoy a long bath in the soaker tub. Take advantage of the beautiful scenery, and enjoy your evening on the outdoor swing. **Note** There is no indoor shower.

Guest access
Full access is available for the tiny house. Parking in the bottom of the driveway is reserved for homeowners. You have reserved parking on the concrete and gravel area in front of the house.

Other things to note

Pack 'n Play and high chair are provided.
While we are animal lovers ourselves, no pets please.

This is a guest house, approximately 150 feet from the main house. This listing is a private and separate structure from the home on the property. We are also building a treehouse on the property. It will be available by February 1st, 2022, or earlier.
