Whitewater Kayaking on the Kern River - MY FIRST TIME EVER!

I finally got the chance to try whitewater kayaking for my very first time and it did not disappoint. It was late in the season but the flow on the Kern River was perfect for me. The beautiful mountains and trees of Kernville, California were an amazing backdrop for this wet and wild adventure. The adrenaline was flowing and I was very tired at the end of the day, BUT it was totally worth it!
