Canoeing Pitt Lake to Widgeon Falls and Swimming in Glacier Snow Melt 😜

On our last full day in Canada, we went on a canoeing adventure at Pitt Lake, BC. We paddled up Widgeon Creek and then hiked to Widgeon Falls, where we took a plunge in some icy, glacier-fed pools. Pitt Lake is one of the largest fresh water tidal lakes in the world and features great camping, boating, fishing, water sports and hiking.

That clear blue water doesn't always have to be freezing.
