A Manhattan grand jury has indicted former president Donald Trump.

Unsealed on Tuesday, the indictment charged Trump with 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree under New York Penal Law §175.10. Trump pleaded not guilty to all of the charges.

Joining Larry Elder to discuss the indictment is the president of the David Horowitz Freedom Center and author of “Final Battle: The Next Election Could Be the Last,” David Horowitz.

In Horowitz’s opinion, the indictment is a weak case based on linking Trump to a felony through a reimbursement made to his then-lawyer, Michael Cohen. Horowitz argues that Trump’s actions were more likely aimed at protecting his family than at interfering with an election campaign.

“The greatest, most egregious election interference in the history of the country is what [Manhattan DA] Alvin Bragg is doing now. He’s totally derailed, on both sides of the aisle, the election campaign,” Horowitz said.

Horowitz also suggests that illegal immigration, the crisis on the southern border, and the alleged lawlessness of the Democratic Party are part of its agenda to establish a one-party state.

Hollywood is providing a great example right now of how the wealthy react to draconian tax laws. Celebrities such as Jim Carrey, Jennifer Lopez, James Corden, Britney Spears, and Kylie Jenner have put their properties on the market in recent months.

This is because a new “mansion tax” took effect in Los Angeles on Saturday that imposes a 4 percent tax on home sales valued at between $5 million and $10 million, and a 5.5 percent tax on sales over $10 million.
