철원 여행
수십 년 전에서 수십만 년 전까지, 과거로 향하는 여행지

철원은 수십만 년 전, 지각에 생긴 틈을 따라 용암이 분출하여 만들어낸 화산지형을 가지고 있다.
용암류는 물처럼 넓게 퍼져 흐르면서 철원 일대의 계곡과 낮은 부분들을 메우면서 현재와 같은 독특한 용암대지를 형성시켰다.

해방 이후, 북한군에 의해 세워진 노동당사.
북한군은 이곳에서 애국인사들을 체포하여 고문, 학살을 자행했다.
당시의 만행이 얼마나 끔찍했는지 한 번 이곳에 끌려가면 반송장이 되거나 시체가 되어 나왔다고 한다.
시멘트벽에 남아있는 탄흔은 아직도 그 아픔을 떠올리게 한다.

Cheorwon Travel
The travel destination to the past from decades to hundreds of thousands of years ago

Hundreds of thousands of years ago, Cheorwon has gotten a volcanic topography created by lava erupting along cracks in the crust.
Lava flows widely like water, fills the valleys and low terrain of Cheorwon, forms a unique lava plateau as it is today.

After liberation, the Workers' Party Building Built by North Korean Army
The North Korean military arrested, tortured and slaughtered South Korean patriots here.
It is said that the atrocities of the time were so terrible that once had taken here, they either became a half dead person or a dead body.
The bullet marks on the cement wall still remind us of the pain.
