VEGETABLE OILS are PRAISED as a health food and the "safe" alternative to "dangerous" saturated fats! Unfortunately, what most people do not realize, is just how DANGEROUS vegetable oils REALLY are!

Because of the way they are processed, though industrial methods and their extremely high omega 6 levels, these oils can be deadly! They are linked to everything from Diabetes to Heart Disease and even Cancer!

What's worse, is that they are almost unavoidable because they are found in nearly every food...from breads to cakes, cookies, crackers, dressings and more!!! For this reason, I highly encourage you to use far better oils in your keto recipes such as avocado oil, coconut oil, olive oil and in other recipes, mct oil!
