Wisconsin Republicans introduce a package of homelessness related bills

Assembly Republicans introduced eight bills Thursday that would increase funding for such efforts by nearly $4 million and put into law recommendations made in November by the state's first panel to address homelessness

The whole goal of this is to provide resources and help at every step along the way, from the point (where) they are more at risk for homelessness before they become homeless all the way through to the point that they're homeless, they are in shelters, and we need to help try to find them the resources they need to move beyond that situation
