In this video I share why I started running! We are on week 61 of my #FitnessJourney. Can you believe it?! Why I started running.. I wanted to continue to be active and didn't want to put stress on my arms after my injury. There's lots of benefits when it comes to running and I have already started see some progress within my first week of running.
